GDPR, Your Data Protection Rights

TXGAMING OÜ processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data controller is TXGAMING OÜ; you can reach us about anything data-related at info@txgaming.ee. The details of what we collect and why are in our Privacy Policy, this page summarises the rights the GDPR gives you and how to use them.
Your rights
Access: you may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Rectification: you may ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data (account details can also be edited under My Account).
Erasure (“right to be forgotten”): you may ask us to delete your personal data. Note that we must keep some data for as long as the law requires (for example accounting records of purchases under Estonian accounting law).
Restriction: you may ask us to limit the processing of your data while a dispute or verification is ongoing.
Portability: you may ask to receive the data you provided to us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
Objection: you may object to processing based on legitimate interest, including direct marketing. Newsletter emails always contain an unsubscribe link.
Withdrawing consent: where processing is based on consent (e.g. the newsletter), you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
How to exercise them
Email info@txgaming.ee from the address linked to your account or order, describing the request. We respond within 30 days as the GDPR requires. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or deleting data.
Complaints
If you believe we have processed your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee) or the supervisory authority of your EU member state.
