Bought something from us that arrived with a production defect? File a warranty claim and we'll handle it.

Under EU/Estonian consumer law, valid warranty claims are handled repair-first: we repair the defect; if a repair isn't possible the item is replaced; a refund applies only when no suitable replacement is available.
