Return Policy

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Consumers (private individuals) have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right:

Notify us by email at info@txgaming.ee or use our return form within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Return the goods to us within 14 days of sending your withdrawal notice.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a full refund (subject to the deductions below), returned goods must be:

Unused and undamaged
In their original packaging (with all tags and accessories intact)
Returned with a copy of the invoice or order confirmation

Items that are custom made, personalized, sealed hygiene products (if unsealed), unsealed audio/video recordings or software, and digital content delivered instantly are not returnable.

3. Restocking Fee and Diminished Value Deduction

Under Estonian law (Law of Obligations Act), you are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.

If a returned item shows signs of use, damage, missing accessories, or packaging damage beyond what would be considered reasonable inspection in a physical store, we reserve the right to deduct from the refund amount to compensate for the loss in value. This includes:

Missing accessories, cables, or parts	Up to 20% of the purchase price
Damaged or missing original packaging	Up to 10% of the purchase price
Combined issues	Up to 50% of the purchase price

The exact deduction will be assessed on a case by case basis upon inspection of the returned item.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For withdrawal without reason: the buyer bears the direct return shipping costs.
For defective or incorrect items: we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Refund Timeline

We will refund your payment (including standard delivery costs, minus any applicable deductions) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.

We may hold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made to the bank account you provide.

6. Inspection Process

Upon receiving a return, we will:

Inspect the item against the conditions above.
Assess any diminished value or missing components.
Notify you of the final refund amount (including any deductions).
Process the refund within the statutory timeframe.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom made or personalized goods
Items that deteriorate quickly
Sealed hygiene/health products if unsealed after delivery
Unsealed audio/video recordings or computer software
Digital content delivered instantly with prior consent

8. How to Initiate a Return

Fill out our return form or email us at info@txgaming.ee with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with return instructions.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible).

9. Important Notes

The 14 day right of withdrawal applies only to consumers (private individuals), not to legal entities or business customers.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective goods.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
